He was predeceased by: his father Allen Maynard; his son-in-law Eugene McMillin; and his sister Marilyn Joan Oyer. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Carole Bebb (Darring); his children, Jason Lawless (Jen) and Jessica McMillin; his grandchildren, Jacob Morgan, Brayden Elder, Hunter McMillin, Dakota McMillin and Gage Lawless; his sister Janet Lynn Bebb; and his brother-in-law Ronnie Oyer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
