He was predeceased by: his mother Eleanor Borland (Bowers). He is survived by: his father Charles R. Borland; his wife Linda Borland (Rihm); his daughters, Jill Price and Cindy Smith (Matt); his grandchildren, Corbin Smith, Cole Smith, Olivia Price and Mason Price; and his siblings, John Borland (Kathy), Linda Ernst (Hank) and Sue Turnmire (Larry). He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
