She is survived by: her husband Brian Smith; her sons, Ty Wilson (Chasity) and Jay Wilson; her stepsons, Nathan Smith (Mary Ellen) and Nick Smith; her granddaughters, Kayla Wilson and Vanessa Smith; her brothers, Jeff Pauley (Dee), Butch Pauley (Vicki) and Rodger Pauley (Janet); her siblings-in-law, Shirley Pauley, Corby Carnell (Christopher), Kathy Kara (Michael) and Donald Smith; and her pet Gertie. She is also survived by many extended family members and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Fayette Regional Humane Society.
