She was predeceased by: her parents, John Culp and Joyce Alfreda Culp (Pitts); her husband Larry Lee Mustard; and her siblings, Elmer Culp, Jack Culp, Cheryl Culp and John Culp.
She is survived by: her daughter Elaine Irons (Jay); her grandchildren, Brittany Rich (Dwight), Brandi Taylor (Tadd), Jeremy Irons and Zachery Culp; her great grandchildren, Elijah Culp and Josephine Rich; and her siblings, Geralyn Brandon (Stanley), Alfreda Strader (Ted), Elizabeth Stantz (Dayton) and Mary Ruth Campbell (Ed). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear and special friends.
