She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Newland and Flora Newland (Smith); her son Gary Ray Mick; and her brother Charles Newland. She is survived by: her children, Steven Mick (Naomi), David Mick (Kathy), Janice "Jan" Mick, Pam Mick and Charles "Chuck" Mick (Nikki); her brothers, George Newland and Edwin Newland (Linda); and also Greta Blake. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
