It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Ray King of Warsaw, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest E. King and Garnet M. King (Perkins); his daughter-in-law Heather King; and his siblings, Ronald King, Larry King and Darlene Giles.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara S. King (Kaltenbach); his son Scott King of Newark, Ohio; his foster son Robert McGinnis of McDonald, Tennessee.; and his brothers, Ernest King, Jr. (Camilla) of Newark, Alvin King (Mary) of Minford and Jeffrey King (Shelia) of Minford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
