He is survived by: his daughters, Judy Barker, Linda Smith, Terry Cutshall (John) and Betty Winkle (Scott); and his siblings, Jerry Schaffer (Pat) and Beatrice Dodd (James). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
