He is survived by: his wife Laura Thomas; his children, Samantha Estvanko (Steven) of Coshocton, Matthew Thomas (Molly) of Coshocton and Kelsey Hayes of Coshocton; his grandchildren, Chesney Freeman, Madeline Thomas, Dylen Hayes and Morgan Thomas; his siblings, James Hayes and Jolyn Dean; and his parents-in-law, Bev and Steve Thomas.
