He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mizer and Hazel Mizer (Shaw); his son Toby Mizer; and his brothers, Lewis "Louie" and Gary Mizer.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Mizer of Warsaw; his granddaughter Haven Mizer; his great grandchildren, Zaiden and Paris; his siblings, Faye Harding, Dick Mizer (Carol), Larry Mizer (Violet), Jim "Slick" Mizer (Sherry), Tom Mizer, Jack Mizer and Peggy Wilson (Greg); and his close friend Tina Maynard. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
