Lowe of Warsaw, Ohio, born in Cadiz, Ohio, who passed away on December 22, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John D. Holskey; and her brothers, John, Lawrence Holskey and Walter Earl Gossett. She is survived by: her husband Roy Lowe; her daughter Kim Bartell (Ken) of Mantua; her stepdaughter Lindsay Lowe of Coshocton; her grandchildren, Jayden Matthews, Allie Bartell and Cohyn Lowe; and her sister-in-law Patricia Holskey.
