He was predeceased by: his father Chester O. "Pete"; his brother-in-law David Buker; and his mother-in-law Shirley Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Mullett (Endsley) of Warsaw; his wife Terri Mullett (Thomas) of Warsaw; his children, Tasha Barbour (Seth) of North Carolina and Travis Mullett (Allyssa) of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Carlee Lynn Mullett, Jordan Mullett (Shawn) and Hailey Burger; his great grandchildren, Wesson and Willow Mullett; his brother Gene Mullett (Janel) of Coshocton; his half-siblings, Diane Buker of Coshocton, Wilma Williamson (Gerald) of Warsaw and Willard Eltringham (Kay) of Killbuck; and his father-in-law Jerry Thomas of Conesville. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
