She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos M. Cutlip and Elisabeth C. Cutlip (Tanner); her husband Joshua Verl "Junior" Sampsel; her son Larry A. Sampsel; her grandson William Joshua Sampsel; and her siblings, Blanch Chanel, Austin, Hurley, Cecil, Willie, Archie, Jimmy, George and John Cutlip.
She is survived by: her sons, Bill Sampsel (Sharon) of Warsaw and Randy Sampsel (Debbie) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Tonya Torres (David) of Massachusetts, Trevor Sampsel (Tiffany) of Coshocton, Jeremy Sampsel (Jessica) of Coshocton and Randi Sampsel of Warsaw; her great grandchildren, Joaquin Torres, Tinley M. Sampsel, Adrianna Torres, Jaxon Sampsel and Javen Sampsel; her siblings, Glenn Cutlip of Killbuck, Lonnie Cutlip of Millersburg and Gerry Cutlip of Millersburg; and her niece Joanna Cutlip of Wooster.
