She was predeceased by: her parents, James Dillino Allen, Jr. and Beulah M. Allen (Simmons); her brothers, Jerry Lee Allen and James Dillino Allen, III; and her brother-in-law George Locke.

She is survived by: her husband Leon E. Locke of Warsaw; her children, Lisa Johnson (Chuck) of Warsaw, L. Alan Locke (Denise) of Royce City, TX, Linda Fox (Ben) of Dauphin and Laura Kehler (Jason) of Carman; her grandchildren, Bryan Johnson (Whitney), Kaci Locke (Jake Johnson), Bradley Johnson (Natasha), Kori Hall (Marshall), Emma Fox, Sutherland Fox, Benjamin Fox, Paisley Kehler, Wyatt Kehler, Ruby Fox and Sarah Fox; her great grandchildren, Tucker Hall, Aiden Johnson, Barrett Johnson, Avery Johnson and Carter Hall; her nieces and nephews, Teena Shaw (Tino), Michael Shaw (Brooke), Scott Shaw (Ashley), Cole, Shanua Joo (Arshid), Ciara Berry, Bryan Allen, Zane, Ann Marie Carr (Steve), Mackenzie and Zac; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Locke and Mary Allen.
