He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Prosek and Laura Prosek (Stando); his wife Pat; and his brother-in-law Carl Tisko. He is survived by: his children, Steve Prosek (Becky) of Warsaw, Bryan Prosek (DeAnne) of Blacklick and Kelli Merb (Rick) of McDermott; his grandchildren, Susan Hendrickson (Andy), Austin, Luke and Lucy Prosek; his stepgrandchildren, Heidi Aronhalt and Savanna Treasure; his great grandchildren, Everleigh and Hudson; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Jordan, Bryce, Baylee, Perry and Wyatt; and his sister Beverly Tisko.
