He was predeceased by: his parents, Denzil Campbell and Dora Campbell (Fry). He is survived by: his wife Sally Campbell (Heim) of Warsaw; his children, Michael L. Campbell (Pamela) of North Canton, James E. Campbell (Karen) of Westerville and Diana Keefer (Campbell) of New Albany; his grandchildren, Kaylee, McKenzie, James and Thomas; and his great grandchild Jeremiah James. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
The family suggests memorial donations in Joe's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
