He is survived by: his sister Jaycees; his wife Gail Littler Piper; his children, Tammi Rogers (Bounthavy Soungpradith) of Coshocton, Pete Rogers (Kellie) of Lexington, OH and Carmen Rogers (Hector Munoz) of Queens, NY.; and his grandchildren, Jett Soungpradith of Ft. Hood, TX, Simon and Phoebe Munoz of Queens, NY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, plus other extended family members and many beloved friends and co-workers.
