She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Ulrich and Barbara Ulrich (Smith); and her sister Tammy Bercot. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her children, Tiffeny, Amanda Haines and Jonathon Haines; and her brother Charles "Spank" Ulrich Jr.. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
