She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Hart and Elmina Hart (Kanuckle); and her brothers, Earnest Hart, Wilmer Hart, Donis Hart and Marvin Hart.
She is survived by: her sisters, Edith Miller (Hart), Augusta Lower (Hart), Bessie Wise (Hart), Esther Billingsley (Hart) and Bonnie Mortine (Hart); her former husband Harry Jacob Ringwalt Jr.; her stepsons, Ronald E. Ringwalt of Newcastle and Monty Dean Ringwalt of Newcastle; and her husband Robert Giffen (Max).
The family is requesting that any memorials in Faith's name be made to a charity of their choice.
