He was predeceased by: his daughter Jodie Shearn; and his siblings, Jim, Walter, Bessie, Harry, Raymond, Francis and John.
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff of Warsaw and Tony Beard of Warsaw; his grandchildren, Shane Shearn (Bella), Jeff Beard (Melissa), Trudie Shearn (Zac Jones), Heather McComber (Robert), Danielle Beard and Brandi Swingle (Scott); his sisters, Esther of Williamsburg, IN and Charlotte Vanover of Richmond, IN; and his nieces, Wendy Foster (Steve) and JoAnn Cannon (Sean).
