He was predeceased by: his father William Talley, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lilloise Talley (Mathis) of Warrensville Heights; his son Jordan; his brother Kenneth B. Talley (Michael Schwartz) of Riverside; his aunt Mildred Lattimore of Denver, CO; and his former wife Karen Owen Talley (Beth Greeley).
