He is survived by: his wife Ira L. Lewis; his daughters, Theresa L. Mitchell (David), Belinda Brown (Wayne), Iris Bolding (Bobby) and Etta White (Vincent); his grandchildren, Arita Terrell, Geneva Hicks, Venetta McDonald, Stephanie Hale, Joshua White, Bobby Bolding and Iryss Bolding; his great grandchildren, Andrew Terrell, Darriuse Erby, Morgan Erby, Lauren Hicks, Emery Hicks, Ezekiel McDonald, Elisha McDonald and Eden McDonald; and his brother Joe Lewis. He is also survived by other relatives, nieces, nephews and friends.
