She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cowger and Sundee Cowger (Bailes); her aunt Robin Templeton; her uncle Duncan Graham, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Roger "Daddio" Beach.

She is survived by: her daughter Emma Cowger Segura (Turtle); her sisters, Georgette Buck and Anastasia Cowger; her son Ray Segura; her grandchildren, Emma, Maria Emma Borgan and Homer Garcia; her aunts, Wendy Bailes and Bobbie Smith (Bailes); her uncle Dave Smith; her nieces, Theresa and Furana Cowger; and her nephew Zachary Buck.

Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home (962 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
