He was predeceased by: his father Paul Keith Clingerman; and his brothers, Donald and Matthew Clingerman. He is survived by: his mother Pamela Frances Clingerman (Noakes) of Missouri; and his siblings, Amanda Westbay (Keith) of Vienna, Phillip (Vicky) of Southington, Gregroy (Susan) of Lordstown and Nathan Clingerman of Leavittsburg.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (962 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
