She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Harvey and Annie Mae Thomas Harvey Sr.; and her siblings, Sylvester Harvey Jr., Lee C. Harvey, Gretha Pickett, Betty Johnson and Iris Harvey (Rochelle Harvey).
She is survived by: her daughters, Shauna Dowler (Troy) of Phoenix, AZ and Tiffany Tipton of Warren; her siblings, Douglas Harvey Sr. of Hendersonville, TN and Senda Harvey of Johnstown, PA; her goddaughters, Brandi Davenport of Las Vegas, NV and Corporal Trinity Harper of El Paso, TX; and her grandchildren, Alayna Jordan of Warren and Alan M. Jordan of Warren. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
