It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Leroy Zugg Sr. of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on December 13, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard Leroy leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Zugg and Doris Zugg; and his brother Ernest Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Yasuko; his son Richard, Jr.; his sister Linda (Humenik) of Warren, OH; and his pet Reefer. He is also survived by one aunt, many cousins.
The inurnment will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the National Cemetery of Arizona (23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024).
