He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Biles; his children, Donya Fowler (Ed) of Pisgah Forest, NC, Sarah Miller of Champion, Rebecca Marlatt (Mikie) of Southington and Richard Biles (Amanda) of Southington; his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Christopher Moore) of Kent, Zoey (Willis), Avah, Izac Miller of Champion, Molly, Maggie Marlatt of Southington and Alivia Biles of Southington; his great grandchildren, Madison and Bryson Moore of Kent; his siblings, Clifford Biles of North Jackson and Arleen Campbell of North Jackson; his mother-in-law Beverly Stewart of Southington; and his pet Beau.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests any material contributions be made to Southington United Methodist Church, 4348 Smith Nelson Road, Southington, OH 44470, in his memory.
