He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Carpenter (Dennis) of Warren, OH, Ralph Lee Tranter, Jr. (Lorie) of Phoenix, AZ, Jonathan Tranter of Chandler, AZ, Eric Tranter (Maureen) of Chesterland, OH and Joel Tranter (Laura Nelson) of Boise, ID; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Sankey (Rodney), Lisa Follmyer-Matthews (DJ), Ryan Tranter (Kendall), Megan Tranter (Adam Skiver), Bethany Tranter, Aryka Tranter (Ryan), Francesca Rowe (Chris) and Julia Tranter. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
