With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Phyllis M. Rhodes of Warren, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Phyllis left this world on January 3, 2025 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Federico DiFrancesco and Concetta DiFrancesco (Testa); her husband Jim Rhodes; her son Federico "Fred" Rhodes; her siblings, Cosmo J. DiFrancesco and Antonitte "Toni" Russomanno; and her niece Debbie DiFrancesco.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jason Rhodes (Francesca) of Cortland, Eric Rhodes (Lexi) of Warren and Kyle Rhodes of Tampa, FL; her great grandchildren, Antonio, Giada, Carmela, Vincent, Von, Vance, Willow and Lila Rhodes; her sister-in-law Lois DiFrancesco; her nieces and nephews, Rick DiFrancesco, Joe DiFrancesco, Joe Russomanno, Kathi Jo Foreman and Cindy Jones (Mike); her great-nephews, Michael and Matthew Jones; her great-niece Kara Jones; and her daughter-in-law Linda Rhodes. She is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel (1884 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. James Church (2532 Burton St SE, Warren, OH 44484).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Phyllis' name to St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish, 2532 Burton Street SE.
