He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Perrino and Agnes Mary Felluca Perrino; his wife Sheila Dolores Smith Perrino; and his siblings, Sandra "Louise" Sapp and John "Jackie'Perrino.
He is survived by: his daughter Nicole B. Horvat Sr. (Matt) of Cortland; and his grandchildren, Gianna O'Rourke and Nico Horvat.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
