She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Edgar and Marie Ainsworth Knepper; her husband Gene F. Tibbs, Sr.; her daughter Connie Tibbs; and her great grandchild Neveah Wesley.

She is survived by: her children, Debra Haines of Warren, OH, Gene F. Tibbs, Jr., Brenda White (David) and Cheryl Tibbs; her grandchildren, Shana Haines, Harley Tibbs, Brandi Putnam (Merle), Angelina Strock, Harry Oiler, Davida Edwina, Andrea, Christina Sharp, Tiffany Desrosiers, Miranda Marie Schwab, Patricia Aurora, Vincent Ardal and Erica Gladhill; and her great grandchildren, Kyla Haines, Drake Haines, Trenton Williams, Jameson Williams, Carol Lynn, Alexis Nicole Sharp, Tanner Sharp, Devin Winters, Delshawn Carmel, Joel Wesley and Aaliyah Wesley.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481).
