He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John R. Rafferty and Eleanor Rafferty (Banky); his wife Elaine Rafferty (Fuchs) of Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Eric Fox (Tina) of Volant, PA, Kristi Kairys (Ted) of Pittsburgh, PA and Jinny Braun (Jim) of Pittsburgh, PA.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the North Mar Church (3855 E Market St, Warren, OH 44484).
