He was predeceased by: his parents, William Burnette and Helen Burnette (Miller); his wife Joan "Nan" Mankins; his sons, Woody and Rick; and his grandson Ricky Burnette.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim and Tara; his grandsons, Eric, Josh Armistead and Jim Burnette; his great grandchildren, Tara, Taylor Stano and Nicole Pawcio; his great great grandchildren, Ryan, Radance and Jimmy; and his brothers, Ed, Frank, Ted, Raymond and Ralph.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home (533 N Park Ave, Warren, OH 44481). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
