He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Holbrook and Ellen Glenn Holbrook. He is survived by: his daughters, Tonya Ware (Anthony) of Warren and Chyrl Nelson (Adrian) of Warren; his siblings, Mary Cramer (Tom), Thelma Bartolomeo (Jeff), Jack Holbrook and Vic Holbrook; his grandchildren, Lorelai, Sheyenne, Novalee, Anthony Jr. "AJ", Nolan and Aubriee; and his great grandchild Everly.
