He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Turner and Anna Turner (Trimnell). He is survived by: his wife Margaret Turner of Warren; and his sons, Douglas Turner of North Canton, Brian Turner (Keena) of Bell Buckle and Stephen Turner (Heather) of Warren. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
