He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Wagner and Anna Wagner (Haken); his wife Betty J. Wagner (Browning); and his siblings, Clara Jones, Lawrence and Bernard Wagner.
He is survived by: his partner Lenni Lange; and his children, Kathleen Joy of Warren, Bonnie Dean of Braceville, Sue Ellen Smith (Brian) of Florida, Maribeth Toumazos (Roger) of Ottawa, Ohio and Kenneth B. Wagner (Sharyn) of Fowler.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Teresa of Calcutta Parish – St. Mary (232 Seneca Ave NE, Warren, OH 44481). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
