He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph J. Layshock and Ruth Marie Layshock (Smith); and his sister Nancy Moldovan. He is survived by: his close friend Mary Ann Metz of Warren; and his siblings, Theresa (Bill Bartlett), Debbie, Paul (Susan Layshock) and Pat (Sue Layshock). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the James Funeral Home Inc. (8 E Broad St, Newton Falls, OH 44444). A prayer will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary & St. Joseph Church (131 W Quarry St, Newton Falls, OH 44444).
