She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd H. Klingensmith and Kathryn L. Keller Klingensmith; her former husband Hurshel "Dick" Shockey; and her siblings, Leigh Klingensmith and Juanita Ewing.
She is survived by: her children, Tod L Shockey of Toledo, OH and Laura Kay Cirillo (David) of Champion; and her grandchildren, Samuel, Katherine Shockey, Jacob and Kyle Cirillo. She is also survived by 12 nephews and 5 nieces.
The family requests that material contributions be made to Bazetta Christian Church, in her memory.
