It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Barrow of Warren, Ohio, who passed away on June 24, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Phillips and Evelyn Marie Phillips; and her siblings, Richard Phillips and Nancy Tackett. She is survived by: her daughter Michele; her sister Dottie Hardwick of Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Timothy Oswald (Samantha), Kiley, Cayden, Paisley, Zander of Texas, Kaitlyn Oswald Jayden (Tyler Bishop) and Kaysen of Warren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice of The Valley.
