She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth L. Palm and Pearl E. Palm Shreves; her husband William H. Maffitt; her former husband Frederick L. Harmon; and her siblings, Lyle Palm and Alma Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Frederick L. Harmon (Phyllis) of St. Petersburg, Nancy Spear (Michael) of Warren, Ohio and Rebecca Cech of Warren, Ohio; and her pet Bella. She is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren and one great grandchild.
