He is survived by: his children, Jim Jr. Kellar (Tonja), Bruce Kellar, Chris Kellar (Michele) and Terri Kellar; and his siblings, Sandy Eckroate (William), Linda Wortman (Edward), Jack Kellar (Kathy) and Sam Kellar (Sally). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
