He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Cowger; his daughters, Valerie Cowger, Georgette Buck and Anastasia Cowger; his stepchildren, Erica Howard (James), Shannon Bielawski (Tom) and Thomas Fisher (Amber); and his siblings-in-law, Carol DeVall and Gary Jones (Eva). He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
