He was predeceased by: his parents, Hersey Sr. Scippio and Mamie Scippio (Grayson); his wife Patricia Scippio; his daughter Kim Scippio; and his sisters, Gloria Cox, Beatrice Spiva and Edna Scippio.
He is survived by: his son Adrian Scippio of Cleveland; his friend Deloris Bobo of Warren; and his sister Florence Carthorn of Warren.
