He is survived by: his daughters, Beverly Cummins (Victor) of Braceville, Donna White of Warren and Stacie Jones (Bruce) of Howland; his siblings, Carrel White of Warren, Rowland White (Judy) of Cortland and Nancy Urban (Terry) of West Virginia; his grandchildren, Shawn Cummins (Jessica) of Pittsburgh, Shantel White, Travin Jones and Brylee Jones of Warren; and his great grandchildren, Mia Cummins, Tori Cummins and Bella Herbster.
