She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Osborne and Vera Osborne (Viets); her husband John "Jack" Carnahan; and her siblings, Ronald Osborne and Rita Osborne Rogers.
She is survived by: her close friend Jack; her sons, Mark Carnahan (Rosann) of Warren, OH and Brett Carnahan (Jennifer) of Cortland, OH.; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Megan, Lindsay and Ryan; and her brother Phillip Osborne of Warren, OH..
