He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick "Charles" Fulton and Clara "Kathleen" Preston Fulton; his sister Charleen Rowan; and his in-laws, Robert and Kathryn Brantingham.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathryn Brantingham; his daughters, Kelly Fuller (Jim), Erin Littell (Ken) and Melanie Lucas (Alex); his grandchildren, Kathryn (Evan), Meghan, Ian (Samantha), Cassandra (James), Ryan (Allison), Andrew, Ethan, Grayson and Amelia; his great grandchildren, Gannon, Luca and Teddy; his brother Jay; and his sister-in-law Joan Brantingham.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Methodist Church (1725 Drexel Ave NW, Warren, OH 44485). A memorial service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
