He is survived by: his wife Cathy Wamsley; his daughter Miranda Knieriem of Sweden; his stepsons, Dennis Douds (Ann) of North Carolina and Donald Douds of Butler, Pennsylvania; his grandchildren, Donald James Douds and Cortlyn Grace Douds; and his sister-in-law Joyce Knieriem of Maryland.
