He is survived by: his parents, John Henry Bork of Clarksburg and Margaret Boals Ayers of Pt; his significant other Candy Lynn Skeins; his sons, Brandon Thomas Bork and Logan Christopher Bork; his stepchildren, KarenAnn Skeins and Gilbert Skeins, Jr.; and his siblings, Tonya Hicks (Ralph) of Morgantown, Misty Herring of California, Joe Lane of Clarksburg, Lisa Wilson of Clarksburg, April Westfall of Clarksburg, Tommy Ayers of Morgantown, Tim Ayers of Morgantown and Misty Sanders of Morgantown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
