Ozenghar (Sara) of Howland, OH; her siblings, Stephen Blok (Laurie) of Austin, TX, Kimberly Peters of Cleveland, TX, David Blok (Deanna) of Silsbee, TX, Michael Blok (Leann) of Berryville, AR and Mark Blok (Joanne) of Elgin, TX; and her grandchildren, Ethan, Owen, Madeline, Alexis, David and Noah. She is also survived by 40 nieces and nephews.
