He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Noella Flack; his significant other Kimberly Roberts; his parents, Barbara Tokay Quinones and Bobby Joe Flack; and his siblings, Alicia Quinones-Confer (Daniel), Sheena Lytle (Robert), Heriberto Quinones and Nakita Brady (Patrick). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Staton-Borowski Funeral Home (962 North Rd NE, Warren, OH 44483). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
