He was predeceased by : his parents, William Jones and Sarah Jones (Scheckengost); his wife Kathleen Jones; and his siblings, Mitzi Wolfe, William, Robert and James Jones.
He is survived by : his children, David A. Jones II (Wendy) and Dorothy Rudolph (Ellis) of Ecuador; his stepchildren, John Smith of Niles and Donna Beckett (Michael) of Niles; and his sisters, Gloria Jones and Eunice Smith.
